Kuldip Bajwa

Has over ten years of software development experience especially in the Java Core and distributed technologies arena. Kuldip has worked in a B2B dot com company, IT consultancy specialising in CRM and has spent many years in the retail financial sector. Kuldip has mentored and lead teams of junior developers and has seen large scale, core development projects from study all the way to production.

For many of his projects, Kuldip has spent dedicated time tuning and optimising code during non functional testing in all of his projects. This included working on various performance analysis tools such as JProfiler and JProbe and stress testing tools such as Load Runner. Tuning and optimising code for one of the biggest retail online banking projects was the most challenging and satisfying projects carried out.

is a seasoned technology professional with nearly a decade of experience in developing Enterprise Applications, Mobile, Web 2.0 and Open Source Technologies. Gaurav did his B.S from Thapar University, India and his Masters from BITS, Pilani, India.
